Avocado is the Magic Fruit

Avocado is the name of a fruit. It is high in fat and rich in vitamins. This tree grows more in America and Mexico. In Mexico, about 10,000 years ago, Avocado was invented. This fruit is also known as America in Persia. The oil that is produced from this fruit is avocado oil. It is a supreme gift of nature. Each oil has nutritional value. However, the nutritional value of this oil is unique.

Avocado oil is rich in mono-saturated fat, potassium, vitamin-A, vitamin-D, vitamin K1, copper, vitamin-E, vitamin-B6, flat (B9), lutein, and vitamin-C, among other ingredients. These oils are rich in antioxidants, which are extremely helpful in preventing cervical cancer and heart disease in women. It prolongs the vision of the eyes and plays a very influential role in preventing bone loss.

It Helps Maintain the balance of cholesterol in the body. Magnesium is found in sufficient quantity in this oil, and it has been proved in tests that magnesium in this oil helps reduce type-2 diabetes. It also helps prevent high blood pressure.

  2. b) two tablespoons avocado oil

Method of use

  1. a) Make an avocado paste 
  2. b) Add avocado oil to it and mix well 
  3. c) Massage this mixture gently on our scalp and apply it well on your whole hair.

  2. b) Olive oil 
  3. c) Lemon juice

Method of use

  1. a) Take a bowl of Avocado and grind the fruit well
  2. b) Mix olive oil and lemon juice well
