The standard powdered milk contains 21 or more nutrients, including amino acids, proteins, minerals and other nutrients. This material may be more or less dependent on the evaporation process. As a result of the evaporation of some volatile and bioactive substances present in milk, powdered milk is no longer present. However, they do not differ much from liquid milk, which is a very minor ingredient.
