Fruits are Healthier than Fruit Juices

There is no substitute for a balanced diet to increase immunity. It is recommended to eat fruits every day to meet the demand for vitamins and minerals. There are many kinds of fruits in the world. However, different types and tastes of fruit can be seen in different countries. The best vitamin C and potassium source, this fruit contains many other nutrients. As a result, a lot of sugar. Fruits are much healthier than fruit juices. The main reason for this is the fiber in the fruit. Eating whole fruits provides a lot of fiber. But when juice is made from the fruit, its thread is lost. In addition, the fruit contains natural sugars, but most juices are watered, so adding sugar to maintain its flavor is detrimental to its nutritional value.

As a result, the glycemic index is lower than fruit juices. That is to say, eating the fruit breaks down the sugars inside the fruit slowly. It does not increase blood sugar quickly. But since the glycemic index of fruit juice is high, its sugar goes into the body very quickly, almost immediately after eating the juice. So, fruit juice is not healthy for diabetic patients.

Preservatives are used to preserve commercial fruit juices, which are not healthy. However, homemade fruit juices do not contain this preservative. So homemade fruit juice is better than some commercially prepared juice. Although big companies are now making organic fruit juices for human health, it is expensive.

You must eat the fruit in the right amount. The amount varies depending on age, physical condition, and disease. Keep in mind that eating extra fruit can increase its extra calories. Again, overeating fruit increases blood triglycerides in many people. In some cases, therefore, the fruit is consumed in moderation or according to expert advice. Such kidney patients cannot eat all fruits. Patients with diabetes should eat extra sweet fruit in moderation. Those who are obese also have to eat moderate amounts of fruits. For heart patients, it is recommended to eat sour and sour-sweet fruits. Ripe bananas, apples, and guava are perfect for thin stools.

For constipation, papaya, mango, and bell are good. When blood potassium is low, coconut water and banana work as medicine. Pomegranate, orange, and red grapes are good for anemia. The fruit also acts as a medicine when needed. Although fruit juices have fewer health benefits than fruits, fruit juices are more beneficial than fruits in some physical conditions, such as after surgery, throat surgery, or any throat problems. Raw fruit or fruit juice is recommended for many when the neutrophil count decreases during chemotherapy for cancer treatment. Their demand for vitamins and minerals is met with commercially prepared fruit juices or organic fruit juices. If children do not want to eat fruit, fruit juice is given to meet their needs.

Fruit nutrition is essential for staying healthy. So, the following points must be kept in mind.

  1. Make it a habit for children to eat fruit early. If the child is given juice at an early age, he will not want to eat fruit when he grows up.

  2. If you want to eat fruit juice alone, prioritize homemade fruit juice. It is also somewhat helpful if the liquid is made by hand rubbing or manually without a blender.

  3. When making juice at home, give less water. It will retain the natural taste of the fruit. And make juice with pulp; without straining, it will contain some fiber.

  4. It is better not to give sugar or honey to make fruit juice. It retains the natural sweetness of the fruit.

  5. Eating local and seasonal fruits is excellent and safe for health. Eating seasonal fruits helps in nutrition.

  6. There is no pair of fruit as a dessert. Fruit custards, salads, smoothies, and fruits themselves serve as confectionery.

  7. The fruit is washed and eaten with pure water. A lot of fiber can be found by playing with fruit peels; Which prevents constipation.

 

Fruits of different colors provide us with various nutrients. So, there is no pair of fruit to stay healthy. Eat rose fruit and stay fit.
