How to Bake a Negro Cake? We Should Know.

The recipe for this dessert is not available on the Internet. It is passed down from generation to generation as an inheritance. It was once written on paper and has been a staple of our table desserts for many years already. We will learn how to bake a negro cake.

In our family, this delicious dessert is affectionately called “Negro” for the characteristic color of the cake, which gives the homemade cake cocoa.

To make Negriten cake, we need to First mix two sugar, cocoa, and flour glasses.  Beat the egg with the remaining glass of sugar. In the beaten eggs, slowly pour the kefir and add the soda, and slack in the vinegar.

Combine the resulting egg-coffee mass with a dry mixture and mix well so that no lumps form during the mixing of the ingredients. You should get a batter similar to a pancake batter.

It is best to take the Negrenten baking pan, which is not too big so that the cakes are easy to remove. Lubricate the pan with vegetable (sunflower) oil. Then pour the Ladda into the pan. One to three soup ladles are placed in the pan, depending on the size of the soup ladle.

Then place the pan in the oven, and pre-heat to 200°C. Bake the cake for 20 minutes. If the cake is sticky, you can hold it for another 5 minutes. Once the cake is baked, remove it from the pan, refill it, place it in the oven and continue until the flour is finished.

When baking cakes or when they are all ready, you need to prepare a cream. You can choose any cream for “Negro”. But in our family, he fell in love with custard.

For the cream, you need to prepare:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • Two tablespoons of flour
  • One egg
  • Cup of milk
  • 300 grams of butter.

Mix sugar and flour. Mix the egg into the mixture—the resulting mass of milk. Then bring the mixture to a boil and cook on low heat without stirring until thickened. After the mass, cool and beat with oil. So the process is over. Grease the cake with cream, and the cake is ready!

 

If you have berries in your hand, you can put them in cream on the cake. For example, I used Cherry to give him an extra twist. You can decorate the cake with an inscription or a pattern. To do this, make a chocolate fad.

For the fudge we need: We mix all the ingredients and cook over low heat, constantly stirring, until the “melted chocolate” is formed. Make your own designs on fondant and cakes in syringes!

I want to note that we will bake two cakes using this amount of ingredients. If you want to bake a cake in one copy, you need to halve the number of ingredients for the cake, and for cream, just take one glass of milk. However, I do not recommend baking a cake.
