In the modern rhythm of life, many regret spending precious time preparing food. Some like to cook and consider the culinary arts one of their favorite times. I like to cook but can’t afford to stand in the oven most of the day. Therefore, I really want to share with you a quick recipe and two of them I respect. Well, pump your house with quick and delicious pies?

 Pie “Potato Field”

This cake is made from simple, healthy products that every homemaker will find at home. You and I should first peel five small potatoes and cut them into very thin pieces. In a frying pan, we must spread the slices on this potato with butter, salt, and pepper. On top of the potato wedges, we place the chopped onion in thin rings. Instead, you can use a green leek – the pie will be more flavorful.

Now we have to add potato and onion with bata. I prepare the flour below: I mix 250 grams of mayonnaise or sour cream with half a glass of flour and three eggs, mix well, one teaspoon of sludge with vinegar, and mix again.

Now it’s time to send our product in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. I immediately cut the finished pie into portions and garnished it with fresh dill springs. Sometimes, it is still hot; sprinkle it with grated cheese, and sometimes serve sour cream. This cake is very satisfying, and it is suitable for those who want to have a hearty breakfast in the morning. The “potato field” is deliciously warm, so I usually bake it in the evening, heat it in the microwave early in the morning, and serve it for breakfast. My family just loves him!

How to Make Two Delicious Pies

This cake will be sweet with us, and we will serve it sweet or for breakfast. Cooking a homemade cake called “Cord Fairy Tale” is also very fast.

So, mix one-third of a glass of flour, one-third of a glass of sugar, one teaspoon of slaked soda, and one tablespoon of oil in pieces. If you have kids, you can offer them a shortcrust preparation, but for now, prepare the filling. For the filling, mix 250 grams of cottage cheese, three eggs, one-third of a glass of sugar, two tablespoons of sour cream, and two tablespoons of semolina.

Pour half the sand crumbs into the grated pan, then fill with the yogurt and leave the rest. We will bake in a well-heated oven. You can sprinkle the prepared pie with powdered sugar, garnish with fresh berries (very tasty with strawberries and raspberries), or fruit pieces (I garnish with apple slices). Decorate such pies, and you can show all your imagination!
