It is crucial to remember that experiencing difficulties is an unavoidable part of life. These problems and challenges help us grow and mature. The reality of life is that there are real reasons why things occur the way they do, even if we don’t completely understand them. Our minds and bodies express themselves through the symptoms we might experience. When we stop fighting reality, we can offer ourselves the proper conditions to heal and use our energy in more productive ways.
