What is pizza?

Pizza is famous, with many more “fillers” besides tomatoes that add a special flavour to food. These are traditional garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil. Cheese recipes usually use parmesan, but it can be anything else. The main thing here is that it melts quickly and evenly. Seafood – oysters, tuna fish.
