What to Cook with Shrimp?

Not all recipes for the first course of shrimp can be listed in one article, so let’s take a look at the culinary “mixing principle” ingredients in them.

Rice soup

We clean 250 grams of shrimp. Dip one foot into warm running water, pausing between layers to allow them to dry. Tablespoon of broth, which we mixed one tablespoon. One tablespoon of tomato paste (however, this cooking step can be omitted, and the tomato paste should be mixed 1: 2 with available fish broth or even water).

Fry chopped onion in vegetable oil, add 2 tbsp. Tablespoon rice, then – a preparation of tomato paste, finely chopped coriander, bay leaves, salt, and pepper to taste. We transfer the mixture to a pot or pan, add the shrimp, chopped tomatoes, and a few cloves of garlic (grated or crushed), add 1 liter of water, and stir and put on the fire (the pot is in the oven). After 15 minutes, the soup will announce its readiness. When serving, we toss in a serving dish along with the dill sprinkles.

Potato soup

Let’s start with a decoction of shrimp shell, the role of which is different from the previous one in this culinary recipe.

Fold the shell after cleaning the shrimp in a saucepan, fill it with water in layers that cover them, add salt to taste and cook for 15 minutes, and then pour the broth into a suitable dish, crush the shells with the same broth. Fill and bring to a boil.

But once the skins are cooked, we will have time, cut each shrimp side by side, pull out a black vein and peel 0.5 kg of potatoes, cut into cubes and let boil in cold water (I regret, I take hot). After cutting one pound of fish into plates, add it to the potatoes with boiling shell juice.

For frying from finely chopped ingredients: 1 red onion and 1 white, peeled tomato, 2 tbsp. Parsley spoon. Put the prawns in a frying pan, add 1 ground hot green chillies, 1 crushed clove of garlic, if any – add cumin seeds. It is supposed to pour 1 cup of coconut milk, but it can be replaced with 60 grams of ground (after frying) peanuts mixed with a glass of cow’s milk.

Now pour the ingredients in the pan into the soup, and after 5 minutes, our seafood dish is ready!

Pure soup with croutons

Another dish of shrimp – lightly fry peeled and chopped carrots with chopped onions, add to a frying pan, and then grate (in a meat grinder, blender) or through a sieve. Chopped potatoes in hot broth or water. After it has become yogurt, we will prepare an egg-milk mixture: slowly warm the raw egg yolks (1.5-2 cups), add, thicken over low heat (but do not boil!).

The soup is seasoned with 2 tbsp. Spoon the flour, stir, check the uniformity of the mass, and enter the milk-egg mixture. You can add lemon juice, garlic, spices to the soup puree “recipe classic” to your taste.

Serve with small croutons, cooked in the usual way (it is best to keep them in a separate bowl on the table so that everyone puts them on a plate to taste).

 

Omelette soup

This is a Chinese recipe. Following him, first, we will make meatballs. To do this, after cleaning and removing the black vein from the raw thin shrimp (200 g), crush the skinless cod fillet with 65 g of skinless cod, 1 teaspoon of egg white, 1 teaspoon of dried white wine (you can substitute for it – rice bran) ), 4.5 teaspoons starch, 2-3 drops soy sauce and a pinch of salt.

We make meatballs from raw meat, which, following the recipe, is supposed to be steamy (10 minutes), but you can cook them in a saucepan (then you won’t need an extra 800ml broth).

Now let’s take the “side dish.” Cut long feathers of thin green onion… side by side! Soak in cold water for 5 minutes, and when it starts to “curl,” add salt to the water.

We dilute the omelette: Beat an egg with several tablespoons of milk, add it, place in a frying pan without a lid covering with an id lid (this would be like a French fried egg from an omelette). When ready, turn for another half minute and then cool. After cutting the strips, we carefully knot the knot.

 

Now form the soup. Either pour in the plates (4 servings should be received). Use the ground on which we put the meatballs, onions, and omelettes, or use our meatballs that were cooked. At the same time, 1 more teaspoon of soy sauce, some wine, or food is added to each plate.
