How to fix it?

Yes, it is delicious, but it is also a potato champion in saturated fats, cholesterol, sugars.

In modern times, the potato has become a curse from the people’s savior. I saw for myself how in one family, for breakfast, my mother poured a whole pile of chips into a dish for the whole family. The main thing here is fast. However, this type of potato is the cause of serious diseases, and it kills all the vitamins but carcinogenic substances (which cause cancer) a dime a dozen. Here and “Wooden Mac” is not too far away. What should we do? Modern vegetables and fruits are increasingly dangerous to health. Over the years, many gardeners have abandoned vegetable and fruit cultivation on their plots altogether oned nonprofits. It is easy to buy readymade in the market. However, there is a need to shift the focus: the economic potential of a person’s diet should not be revealed, but health and life issues. The fruit of one’s hand and mind is born in the infield.
